ICRD 2017 will be climate-neutral, based on a communications partnership with myclimate. Compensation funds for an estimated 550 tonnes of CO2 will benefit three high-quality myclimate climate protection projects: “Wood-Based Biomass Instead of Gas Boiler” in Caeiras, Brazil, “Lady Plumbers Help Save Water” in Mexico, and “Clean Drinking Water for Schools and Households” in Uganda.
